How to reserve your room:

  1. By Telephone on 0207 486 7630 (from the UK) or +44 (0) 20 7486 7630 (from outside the UK) and our Receptionist will take your booking.
  2. Email us the Booking Enquiry Form and we will check availability and email you as quickly as possible.
  3. FAX your Booking Enquiry Form at 0207 486 01 66 (from the UK) or +44 (0) 20 7486 0166 (from outside the UK).
  4. Email : reservations@lincolnhousehotel.co.uk and we will respond as quickly as possible.

Guarantee Your Booking:

We will require either credit/debit card details to guarantee your booking. A cash deposit is acceptable if booking is made in person or on behalf of someone else. We do not charge in advance. You can pay upon your arrival or departure. For Third Party Bookings please contact us.

Methods of Payment:

  1. All major credit/debit cards – Visa, Delta, Mastercard, JCB, Switch, Solo, American Express, Diners Club.
  2. Cash - remember the special discount to our overseas guests of 5% for payment in cash (Sterling bank notes).

Please Note: There is a 3% handling charge for credit card payments, not exceeding £15 per guest bill. There is no charge if paying by debit card.

Cancellation Policy

Otherwise a cancellation charge will be levied on the following basis:

An advance notice by email or fax is required at all times, even when the cancellation is for only part of the booking. This is to allow sufficient time to re-let the room.

For more than 6 nights an advance deposit may be required. The advance deposit is always non refundable in case of no show or any type of cancellation.

*Our check-in time is after 01:00 PM, however you are welcome to leave your luggage with us if required (please speak to reception for more information)
