Great family vacation and convenient to Central London

Nicolai4 - July 2011

The staff was very friendly. The Breakfast was great for the family. This was the kids, 13 & 8, first time to Europe.

We typically stay in larger resort type hotels. The room was, obviously, smaller but it was clean and the girls loved it. We felt very comfortable. We were on the 3rd floor. It is a walk up, no elevators but we didn't mind. The location is perfect, close enough to all the sites but away from the busy streets at night.

Room: We had the cabin room as this is all they had left there was mixed view on here let me say we thought room was going to be very small . We knew we where not going to be in room for a long periods of time it was just somewhere to crash out. The room was very nice very clean had a stand alone shower and separate toilet again very clean.

Staff: well from reception staff to breakfast staff and multiple taskers they where just perfect and very helpful.

Breakfast: Well we are in London and a cooked breakfast normally in hotels is around the £10-15 Mark here £5.50 and very very good for full English.

We would recommend this hotel and the people we spoke to enjoyed it also.

So to the staff of Lincoln house thank you for making our stay very pleasant and your cabin room behind your office is well thought out. We will be back very soon. Alan Lynn arrived 16 July 2011

A find

DukeofDutchess - June 2011

Stayed here one night recently -- what a pleasant surprise. Yes, my single room was tiny -- this is London -- but rather ingenious in its compact design and wonderfully quiet at night.

At 49 pounds for an en-suite single it was a bargain, and the location, between the Marble Arch and Baker Street tubes, was excellent. The Marylebone neighborhood is full of good restaurants, and if you're into shopping, Oxford Street is close by. I'd stay here again next trip to London.

We had a quiet room on lower ground floor which provided all our needs comfortably.

Excellent location with easy access to buses and the underground trains.

Breakfast is excellent and evening meals are available for extended hours which is great if you get home late and want the convenience of eating in-house.

We stayed for 15 nights and would definitely stay there again.

I stayed here in early May for 7 nights and I was very happy. It was my first London experience and I had been warned that London hotel rooms are small

(and this one was) but it was clean and comfortable and I had a delightful skylight above my bed, The staff were very courteous and the breakfasts were great. The location is perfect - 5 minutes from Oxford St and close to Marble Arch tube station. I will definitely be back!
